Terms & Conditions

• "Client" refers to individuals, companies, or organizations using KaamConnekt's services.
• "Services" refers to HR-related assistance including recruitment, documentation, policy drafting, payroll support, admin work, and any other mutually agreed tasks.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions.

• KaamConnekt provides freelance HR support based on the client's requirements.
• Services will be delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• KaamConnekt does not act as an employer for any candidate recruited for the client.

• Fees will be agreed upon before work begins and shared in writing.
• Payments must be made within 7 days of receiving the invoice unless stated otherwise.
• Late payments may result in delayed services or additional charges.
• No refunds once work has started or profiles have been shared.

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding job roles and HR requirements.
• Respond promptly to communication to avoid delays in workflow.
• Maintain compliance with applicable labor laws on their end.

• Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all shared documents, candidate information, and business details.
• No confidential information will be disclosed without written consent unless required by law.

• Candidates shared by KaamConnekt will be considered KaamConnekt's leads for 3 months.
• If the client hires the same candidate (directly or indirectly) within this period, placement charges apply.

KaamConnekt is not responsible for:

• Candidate behavior, performance, or post-hiring actions.
• Legal issues arising from client-side non-compliance.
• KaamConnekt's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

• Either party may terminate the engagement with 7 days' written notice.
• All completed work until the termination date must be fully paid for.

• KaamConnekt's name, branding, or materials cannot be used without permission.
• Testimonials or feedback may be used for marketing only with the client's consent.

• KaamConnekt reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions.
• Any changes will be communicated to the client.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh.
